The Michigan legislature is currently considering HB 4356 which would allow online prescription renewal services to operate in the State. This would provide cost savings and allow access to consumers who would benefit from ocular telemedicine.
HB 4356, currently being considered by the Michigan legislature would allow Ocular Telehealth to operate as other forms of Telehealth in operation in the state. The legislation would allow safe and affordable access to online vision testing and online prescription renewal services.
