Arizona law currently places unnecessary real-time restrictions on telemedicine that prevent consumer access to online vision testing services. The legislature is currently debating several telemedicine bills that would remove real-time and other unnecessary restrictions that, if adopted, would allow Arizonans to access safe, convenient and cost-effective online vision testing and online prescription renewal services.
