Arkansas currently allows consumer access to online vision testing services under a Covid-related Executive Order issued by the Governor to expand the use of telemedicine. HB 1063, as amended, would remove real-time and other unnecessary telemedicine restrictions in Arkansas law permanently. If adopted in its current form, Arkansans will be able to continue to access safe, convenient and cost-effective online vision testing and online prescription renewal services.
